The Introductory Remarks during the first hour of the meeting on Monday (17 July 2023)
were intended to set the tone for the four days. Clark's AV didn't have all their equipment in place at that point and so didn't capture that first hour. However, Emma Lakes, who had just graduated high school and was on her way to beginning her freshman year at UC-Berkeley, was sitting in the audience and filmed the opening hour on her own camera.
